We strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with delivery services.

We use the services of PostNL for shipping within the Netherlands. For international shipments, we consider which delivery service will be used per destination. 

For customers in the Venlo (Limburg) area, it is possible to collect the order. If this option is used, we will contact you after confirmation of the order to make a collection appointment.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on your destination and the size/weight of your order. For international orders, additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs from 4.50 euros

Shipping is free for orders of €150 or more. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the progress of your package via the delivery service's website.

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer you the option to return your product(s) within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the right of withdrawal. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

1. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt via info@miniatuurspecialist.nl or via the contact form on our site to register your return.
2. You will receive instructions and a returns form via email. Complete this form completely and add it to your return shipment.
3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging, including all associated accessories.
4. Send the product to the return address stated on the return form. The costs for return shipping are at your expense.
5. As soon as we have received the returned product in good condition, we will process the return and any refund.

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase price, including any shipping costs for the original order, as soon as possible, but always within 7 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing the order.

If, despite our strict inspection, you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service via info@miniatuurspecialist.nl within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as replacement or repair of the product.
